- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 72 Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja 1969 [Akta 4], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Suatu jumlah wang yang tidak melebihi enam ratus empat puluh satu juta lima ratus dua puluh enam ribu lima ratus ringgit (RM641,526,500) hendaklah dikeluarkan daripada Kumpulan Wang Keselamatan Sosial bagi perbelanjaan untuk pentadbiran

EMPLOYEES’ SOCIAL SECURITY (SUPPLY) REGULATIONS 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 72
of the
Employees’
Social
Security
Act 1969
[Act 4], the
Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Employees’ Social Security
(Supply) Regulations 2016.
(2)
These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2016.
Issue for expenditure for the year 2016 2.
A sum not exceeding six hundred and forty-one million five hundred and twenty-six thousand and five hundred ringgit (RM641,526,500) shall be issued out of the Social Security Fund for expenditure on the administration of the Scheme of
Social Security for the year 2016 as provided in the Schedule.
