Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 92 of the Housewives’ Social Security Act 2022 [Act 838], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Housewives’ Social Security
(Benefits, Facilities for Physical Rehabilitation and Dialysis) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 June 2024.
Amendment of regulation 25 2.
The
Housewives’
Social
Security
(Benefits,
Facilities for
Physical
Rehabilitation and Dialysis) Regulations 2023 [P.U. (A) 200/2023] are amended in subregulation 25(2)—
(a)
in paragraph (a), by substituting for the words “two thousand ringgit”
the words “three thousand ringgit”; and
(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the words “two hundred ringgit”
the words “three thousand ringgit”.
