(Minyak Kelapa Sawit Mentah) 1977 [P.U. (A) 342/1977], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan memotong peraturan 15.

Peraturan 16 Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda—
(a)
dengan menggantikan subperaturan (1) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:
“(1) Fi bagi suatu lesen, termasuklah pembaharuan suatu lesen, adalah fi yang berkaitan dengan efluen yang dihitung menurut kaedah yang ditetapkan dalam Jadual Ketiga.”; dan

(CRUDE PALM-OIL) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2013
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127], the Minister, after consultation with the Environmental Quality Council, makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Prescribed Premises) (Crude Palm-Oil) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. Deletion of regulation 15 2. The Environmental Quality (Prescribed Premises) (Crude Palm-Oil) Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 342/1977], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended by deleting regulation 15. Amendment of regulation 16 3. Regulation 16 of the principal Regulations is amended—
(a)
by substituting for subregulation (1) the following subregulation:
“(1) The fee for a licence, including renewal of a licence, is the effluent related fee computed in accordance with the method prescribed in the Third Schedule.”; and
(b)
by deleting subregulation (2).
Deletion of regulation 18 4.
The principal Regulations are amended by deleting regulation 18.
