Nama 1.

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Senjata

(Mengilang Senjata dan Peluru) (Pelesenan) 1989.

Permohonan lesen 2.

(1)

Permohonan suatu lesen untuk mengilang apa-apa senjata atau peluru hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis kepada Menteri.

(2)

Pemohon hendaklah memberikan apa-apa butir-butir dan maklumat sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri.

Menteri boleh memberikan lesen 3.

(1)

Menteri boleh memberikan lesen untuk mengilang apa-apa senjata atau peluru di bawah seksyen 12 Akta.

(2)

Lesen yang diberikan di bawah subperaturan (1) hendaklah tertakluk pada apa-apa syarat dan sekatan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam lesen itu.

Lesen 4.

Suatu lesen untuk mengilang apa-apa senjata atau peluru hendaklah dalam borang sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Arms (Manufacture of Arms and

Ammunition) (Licensing) Regulations 1989.

Application for licence 2.

(1)

An application for a licence to manufacture any arm or ammunition shall be made in writing to the Minister.

(2)

The applicant shall provide any particulars and information as may be required by the Minister.

Minister may grant licence 3.

(1)

The Minister may grant a licence to manufacture any arm or ammunition under section 12 of the Act.

(2)

The licence granted under subregulation (1) shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be specified in the licence.

Licence 4.

A licence to manufacture any arm or ammunition shall be in the form as specified in the Schedule.
