- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Akta Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan 1957 [Akta 393], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan
Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan (Pindaan Jadual) 2012.
(2)
Peraturan-Peraturan ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Ogos 2012.

The Chairman of Public Services Commission shall receive an allowance of RM500 per day or part thereof for attending a meeting or meetings of
Judicial and Legal Service Commission or any
Committee or Board thereof.
(b)
(applicable only to ex-officio members and members appointed from among serving judges and other
Commissions)
There shall be paid an allowance of RM300 per day or part thereof for attending a meeting or meeting of a Commission or any Committee or Board thereof or as may be determined by the Government from time to time.”; dan
(iii)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 23 perenggan yang berikut:
“24. SICK LEAVE:
A member of a Commission is entitled to sick leave subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in Part lll
Bab C
Chapter C General Orders 1974 and the Services Circular
No. 2 of 2006 or any amendments thereto.”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Service Commissions Act 1957 [Act 393], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Service Commissions
(Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2012.
(2)
These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2012.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Act is amended―
(i)
in respect of the heading “PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION”, by substituting for subparagraphs 1, 2 and 3 the following subparagraphs:
