- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 47 Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Peraturan-Peraturan Zon Bebas 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991] dipinda dalam peraturan 2 dalam takrif “pulau bebas cukai” dengan menggantikan perkataan
“dan Pangkor” dengan perkataan “, Pangkor dan Pulau 1”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2 2.
The Free Zones Regulations 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991] are amended in regulation 2
in the definition of “duty free islands” by substituting for the words “and Pangkor”
the words “, Pangkor and Pulau 1”.
