Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 14(7) Akta Akauntan 1967 [Akta 94], Menteri, selepas meminta nasihat Institut Akauntan Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama
Seksyen 2
Akta Akauntan 1967 dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama, dalam Bahagian I—
(a)
dalam perenggan (y), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung perenggan dengan koma bernoktah; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan (y) perenggan yang berikut:
“(z)
the final examination of the Universiti Kuala Lumpur for the Degree of Bachelor in Accounting (Hons), the academic programme for which first commenced with the academic session March 2025
onwards.”.

ACCOUNTANTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 14(7) of the Accountants Act 1967 [Act 94], the Minister, after seeking the advice of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2026. Amendment of First Schedule 2. The Accountants Act 1967 is amended in the First Schedule, in Part I—
(a)
in paragraph (y), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the paragraph a semicolon; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (y) the following paragraph:
“(z)
the final examination of the Universiti Kuala Lumpur for the Degree of Bachelor in Accounting (Hons), the academic programme for which first commenced with the academic session March 2025
onwards.”.
