- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(5) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 [Act 372], the Minister makes the following order: Citation dan commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Banking and Financial Institutions
(Abrar Discounts Berhad) (Assumption of Control) (Revocation) Order 2012.
