- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Akuan Berkanun 1960 [Akta 783], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah (Bayaran) Surat Akuan 1968 [P.U. 506/1968] dipinda dalam perenggan 2 dengan menggantikan perkataan “RM4.00” dan “RM2.00” masing-masing dengan perkataan “RM10.00”.

STATUTORY DECLARATIONS (FEES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Declarations Act 1960 [Act 783], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 16 January 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Statutory Declarations (Fees) Order 1968 [P.U. 506/1968] is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for the words “RM4.00” and “RM2.00” respectively the words “RM10.00”.
