- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 11(1) Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah Duti Eksais (Pengecualian) 2013 [P.U. (A) 379/2013] dipinda dalam
Bahagian I
Bahagian I Jadual berhubung dengan butiran 6, dengan menggantikan butir-butir dalam ruang (3) di bawah kepala “Goods exempted” dan butir-butir dalam ruang (4) di bawah kepala “Conditions” dengan butir-butir yang berikut:

“Undenatured ethyl alcohol
(a)
That the undenatured ethyl alcohol is imported or purchased from a licensed manufacturer;
(b)
that the undenatured ethyl alcohol is imported or purchased solely to be used in the manufacture of Compounded Hard Liquor
(CHL) under section 20 of the Excise Act 1976;
(c)
any other conditions as the Director General may deem fit to impose”

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 10 October 2016.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Excise Duties (Exemption) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 379/2013] is amended in
Part I of the Schedule in relation to item 6, by substituting for the particulars in column (3) under the heading “Goods exempted” and the particulars in column (4) under the heading “Conditions” the following particulars:
