ENTERTAINMENTS DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 4) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 12(1)(b) of the Entertainments Duty Act 1953 [Act 103], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 26 May 2023.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts the admission ticket to the Wetland Studios Putrajaya from entertainments duty for the period from 26 May 2023 to 31 December 2023.
