- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 11(1) Akta Kastam 1967 [Akta 235], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan Jadual Pertama
Perintah Duti Kastam 2012 [P.U. (A) 275/2012] dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama berhubung dengan subkepala 7204.10 000, 7204.29 000, 7204.30 000, 7204.41 000 dan 7204.49 000, dalam ruang (5), dengan menggantikan perkataan “10%” dengan perkataan “Nil”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 11(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 February 2016.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Customs Duties Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 275/2012] is amended in the First
Schedule in relation to subheadings 7204.10 000, 7204.29 000, 7204.30 000,
Seksyen 7204
41 000 and 7204.49 000, in column (5), by substituting for the words “10%” the word “Nil”.
