Semua surat cara yang disempurnakan oleh Tabung Infrastruktur ASEAN Berhad yang berhubung dengannya duti setem di bawah Akta sepatutnya kena dibayar oleh

Tabung Infrastruktur ASEAN Berhad adalah dikecualikan daripada duti setem yang dikenakan di bawah Akta itu.

STAMP DUTY (EXEMPTION) (NO. 5) ORDER 2012

Preamble

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 80(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 5) 2012.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 24 April 2012.

Exemption 2.

All instruments executed by the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund Limited where the stamp duty due under the Act would ordinarily be payable by the ASEAN Infrastructure

Fund Limited are exempted from such stamp duty chargeable under the Act.
