- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Pindaan Jadual
Perintah Had Laju Kebangsaan 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] dipinda dalam Jadual, dalam butiran 19—
(b)
dalam subbutiran (b), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subbutiran itu dengan perkataan “; dan”;
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas subbutiran (b) subbutiran yang berikut:

NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 21 November 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] is amended in the Schedule, in item 19—
(b)
in subitem (b), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subitem the words “; and”;
(c)
by inserting after subitem (b) the following subitem:
“(c)
kilometre 41.55 at coordinates N 403806.520, E 356660.786
of the
RSO
Geocentric
(GDM
2000)
Grid and ending at kilometre 62.12 at Assam Jawa Interchange at coordinates
N 423090.950, E 353934.636 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000)
