STRATA TITLES ACT 1985
Strata Titles (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4a(4) of the Strata Titles
Act 1985 [Act 318], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land
Council, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement
1. (1) This order may be cited as the Strata Titles (Amendment of Fifth
Schedule) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2021.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2. The Fifth Schedule to the Strata Titles Act 1985 is amended by substituting for Form A the following form:
