Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 53(2) of the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry
(Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2012.

Order comes into operation on 1
January 2013.
Revocation 2.
The Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Exemption) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 77/2009] is revoked.
