- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 22(2) Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976 [Akta 174], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Institusi-Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib) 1976
dipinda—
(a)
dalam butiran 64, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Politeknik Dungun,
Terengganu” dengan perkataan “Politeknik Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin,
Terengganu”;
(b)
dalam butiran 66, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Politeknik Tanjong
Malim, Perak” dengan perkataan “Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah,
Perak”;
(c)
dalam butiran 67, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Politeknik Kulim,
Kedah” dengan perkataan “Politeknik Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah,
Kedah”;
(d)

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 22(2) of the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 [Act 174], the Minister makes the following order: Name

This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline)
(First Schedule) (Amendment) Order 2008.
Amendment of First Schedule
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976
is amended—
(a)
in item 64, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Dungun, Terengganu”
the words “Politeknik Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu”;
(b)
in item 66, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Tanjong Malim,
Perak” the words “Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah, Perak”;
(c)
in item 67, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Kulim, Kedah”
the words “Politeknik Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah, Kedah”;
(d)
in item 104, by substituting for the words “Politeknik Perlis” the words
“Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin, Perlis”;
(e)
by inserting in the respective columns after item 105 the following items:
