Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 198 of the Insurance Act 1996 [Act 553], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Insurance (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2012. Amendment of subparagraph 4(2)

The Insurance (Exemption) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 136/2009] is amended in paragraph 4 by deleting subparagraph (2).
