Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Perak dan Selangor, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini, dipinda dalam subperenggan 2(1)—

dalam subsubperenggan (c), dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subsubperenggan itu dengan koma bernoktah; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas subsubperenggan (c) subsubperenggan yang berikut:
“(d)
bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Pesisiran Pantai
Barat (Taiping-Banting) yang bermula dari kilometer 40.07
di koordinat U 402412.484, T 356993.108 Grid RSO Geosentrik
(GDM 2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 62.12 di koordinat
U 423090.950, T 353934.636 Grid RSO Geosentrik (GDM 2000)
(kedua-dua jarak diukur dari kilometer 0.0 Lebuh Raya Pesisiran
Pantai Barat (Taiping-Banting) di Persimpangan Bertingkat
Banting) termasuklah Plaza Tol Assam Jawa, Persimpangan

ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Governments of Perak and Selangor, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Coast Expressway
(Taiping-Banting)) (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 20 November 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Federal Roads (West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting)) Order 2019
[P.U. (A) 150/2019], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in subparagraph 2(1)—
(a)
in subsubparagraph (c), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subsubparagraph a semicolon; and
(b)
by inserting after subsubparagraph (c) the following subsubparagraph:
“(d)
the part of the road known as the West Coast Expressway
(Taiping–Banting)
commencing from kilometre 40.07
at coordinates N 402412.484, E 356993.108 of the RSO Geocentric
(GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 62.12 at coordinates
N 423090.950, E 353934.636 of the RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000)

(both distances are measured from kilometre 0.0
of the West Coast Expressway (Taiping-Banting) at the Banting
Interchange) including the Assam Jawa Toll Plaza, Assam Jawa
Interchange and its link roads, being a distance of 22.05 kilometre.”.
