Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Jalan Persekutuan 1959 [Akta 376], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Sabah, membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Sabah) 1996 [P.U. (A) 366/1996], yang disebut
“Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama dengan menggantikan butiran (d) dengan butiran yang berikut:
“(d)
(Laluan 1): Jalan Tawau-Sandakan
Bermula di koordinat U 4.245532, T 117.880430 dan berakhir di persimpangan
Laluan 22,
Jalan
Kota
Kinabalu-Sandakan di koordinat U 5.757701, T 117.758682 termasuk jalan sambungannya di dalam sempadan hak lalu-lalang sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam
PETA 10: JALAN TAWAU-SANDAKAN.
Jarak sepanjang 272.059 kilometer.”.
Pindaan Jadual Ketiga
Seksyen 3
Perintah ibu dipinda dalam Jadual Ketiga dengan memasukkan selepas
PETA 9: JALAN PENAMPANG-KOTA KINABALU peta yang berikut:

FEDERAL ROADS ACT 1959
FEDERAL ROADS (SABAH) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sabah, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 25 July 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sabah) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 366/1996], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule by substituting for item (d) the following item:
“(d)
(Route 1): Tawau-Sandakan Road
Starting at coordinates N 4.245532, E 117.880430 and ending at the junction of Route 22, Kota Kinabalu-Sandakan Road at coordinates
N 5.757701, E 117.758682 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP 10: TAWAU-SANDAKAN ROAD.
A distance of 272.059 kilometres.”.
Amendment of Third Schedule 3.
The principal Order is amended in the Third Schedule by inserting after
MAP 9: PENAMPANG-KOTA KINABALU ROAD the following map:
