Perintah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 12 Disember 2020
dan hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa hingga 11 Disember 2025.
Pindaan perenggan 2
Perintah Kastam (Duti Anti-Lambakan) (No. 3) 2020 [P.U. (A) 348/2020], yang disebut “Perintah ibu” dalam Perintah ini, dipinda dalam perenggan 2
dengan menggantikan subperenggan (2) dengan subperenggan yang berikut:
“(2)
Walau apa pun subperenggan 2(1), duti anti-lambakan tidak dikenakan ke atas barang-barang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) dan (2)
Jadual yang dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China oleh pengeluar atau pengeksport Yieh Phui (China) Technomaterial Co., Ltd. dan Republik Sosialis
Viet Nam oleh pengeluar atau pengeksport Southern Steel Sheet Co., Ltd.,
Tan Phuoc Khanh Trading & Manufacturing Coil Steel JSC, Hoa Sen Group dan
Ton Dong A Corporation.”.

CUSTOMS (ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES) (NO. 3) 2020 (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties)
(No. 3) 2020 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023.
This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 12 December 2020
and shall continue to be in operation until 11 December 2025.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Customs (Anti-Dumping Duties) (No. 3) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 348/2020], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2
by substituting for subparagraph (2) the following subparagraph:
“(2)
Notwithstanding subparagraph 2(1), anti-dumping duties shall not be imposed on the goods specified in columns (1) and (2)
of the Schedule exported from The People’s Republic of China by producer or exporter Yieh Phui (China) Technomaterial Co., Ltd. and The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam by producer or exporter Southern Steel Sheet Co., Ltd.,
Tan Phuoc Khanh Trading & Manufacturing Coil Steel JSC, Hoa Sen Group and
Ton Dong A Corporation.”.
Amendment of Schedule 3.
The Schedule to the principal Order is amended in column (4), in relation to
The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam―
by deleting the words “Hoa Sen Group” and the particulars relating to it in column (5);

by deleting the words “Ton Dong A Corporation” and the particulars relating to it in column (5); and
by substituting for the words “Others (except Southern Steel Sheet Co., Ltd.
and Tan Phuoc Khanh Trading & Manufacturing Coil Steel JSC)”
