- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(2) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502], Suruhanjaya membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Pengambilalihan kawalan
Suruhanjaya melantik Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia
Berhad dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Mac 2016 hingga 29 Mac 2018 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil koperasi itu, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu.

Kos dan perbelanjaan
Apa-apa kos dan perbelanjaan yang ditanggung oleh Suruhanjaya berhubung dengan pengambilalihan kawalan di bawah perenggan 2 hendaklah kena dibayar daripada dana dan harta Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad sebagai suatu caj pertama.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502], the Commission makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2016. Assumption of control 2. The Commission appoints Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 March 2016 to 29 March 2018 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the co-operative society, whichever is earlier. Costs and expenses 3. Any costs and expenses incurred by the Commission in relation to the assumption of control under paragraph 2 shall be payable out of the funds and properties of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad as a first charge.
