Menteri menetapkan suatu amaun yang tidak melebihi tiga ratus ribu ringgit sebagai amaun kredit yang didapati atau akan didapati oleh suatu perusahaan mikro atau kecil.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Consumer Credit Act 2025 [Act 873], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Consumer Credit (Prescription of Credit
Amount for Micro or Small Enterprise) Order 2026.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2026.
Credit amount for micro or small enterprise 2.
The Minister prescribes an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand ringgit as the credit amount obtained or to be obtained by a micro or small enterprise.
