SENARAI PREMIS

1. Premis kerajaan

Mana-mana hospital dan klinik kesihatan yang memenuhi kritera bagi maksud latihan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Lembaga Farmasi dan mendapat kelulusannya.

2. Premis bukan kerajaan

Mana-mana hospital swasta, pengilang farmaseutikal, farmasi runcit dan institusi pendidikan tinggi yang memenuhi kritera bagi maksud latihan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Lembaga Farmasi dan mendapat kelulusannya.”.

REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS ACT 1951

REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER

2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6A(5) of the Registration of

Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371], the Minister, after consulting the Board, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Registration of Pharmacists (Amendment of

Second Schedule) Order 2012.

Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.

The Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371] is amended by substituting for the Second Schedule the following schedule:

“SECOND SCHEDULE

[Subsection 6A(2)]

LIST OF PREMISES

1. Government premises

Any hospital and health clinic which fulfil the criteria for the purpose of training as specified by the Pharmacy Board and obtain its approval.

2. Non-governmental premises

Any private hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, retail pharmacy and higher educational institution which fulfil the criteria for the purpose of training as specified by the Pharmacy Board and obtain its approval. ”.
