  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Promotion of Investments Act 1986 [Act 327], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 3 July 2012.

Amendment of paragraph 2 2.

The Promotion of Investments (Declaration Of Shareholders’ Funds In Relation

To a Small Scale Company Under Section 2) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 83/1989] is amended in paragraph 2 by substituting for the words ‘‘five hundred thousandˮ the words ‘‘two million five hundred thousandˮ.
