PERINTAH PENYEMAKAN UNDANG-UNDANG
(PEMBETULAN AKTA LEMBAGA PELABUHAN) 1996
Papa menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 15 Akta atta.
Penyemakan Undang-Undang 1968, Pesuruhjaya Penyemak Undang-Undang membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Akta Lembaga Pelabuhan 1963 adalah diperbetulkan seperti Pembetutan berikut: Akta 488.
(a)
dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “this Act” yang terdapat dalam subseksyen 16a(1) dan (3) perkataan “or the Ports (Privatisation) Act 1990”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas SENARAI PINDAAN Senarai yang berikut:
“LIST OF LAWS OR PARTS THEREOF SUPERSEDED
No. ; Short title
Act No. 21 of 1963 Port Authorities Act 1963”.

Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act 1968, the Commissioner of Law Revision makes the cr. following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Rectification citation ana of Port Authorities Act) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have “nem come into force on 18 March 1992.

Rectification of 2, The Port Authorities Act 1963 is rectified as follows:
Act 488,
(a)
by inserting after the words “this Act” appearing in subsections 16A(1) and (3) the words “or the Ports
(Privatisation) Act 1990”; and
(b)
by inserting after the LIST OF AMENDMENTS the following List:
“LIST OF LAWS OR PARTS THEREOF SUPERSEDED
No. Short title
Act No. 21 of 1963 Port Authorities Act 1963”.
