COMPANIES ACT 1965
COMPANIES (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2016
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A of the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Companies (Exemption) Order 2016.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 15 March 2016.
Exemption 2.
The fees specified in item 30, subitem 31A(ii) and item 32 in the Second Schedule to the Act are exempted in respect of any Federal Government agency and Federal statutory body.
Revocation 3.
The Companies (Exemption) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 325/1996] is revoked.
