Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) (No. 12) Order 2016. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. with the registration number 405553-T from all provisions of the Act in respect of its employee, namely Ahmad Faris bin Yahaya, who is employed on a fixed term contract of service, inclusive of any extension, of more than sixty months for the position of Managing Director.
