Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 67(1) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the National Heritage (Declaration of National Heritage) (Heritage Object) Order 2012. National Heritage 2. Chingay, the object that has been declared as a heritage object in the Declaration of Heritage Object 2008 [P.U. (B) 439/2008] as published in the Gazette on 13 November 2008 and listed in the Register is declared to be a National Heritage.
