- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(4) Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) 2001 [Akta A1095], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

(a)
dengan menggantikan perenggan (b) dengan perenggan yang berikut:
“(b)
the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s
Department who shall be the Deputy Chairman;”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perenggan (f) dengan perenggan yang berikut:
“(f)
the Director General of Federal Territories; and”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(4) of the Constitution (Amendment) Act 2001 [Act A1095], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Land Code) (Amendment) Order 2023. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001] is amended in the modification of subsection 12(1)—
(a)
by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
“(b)
the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s
Department who shall be the Deputy Chairman;”; and
(b)
by substituting for paragraph (f) the following paragraph:
“(f)
the Director General of Federal Territories; and”.
