- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Perintah Zon Bebas (Pengecualian Barang) 1998 [P.U. (A) 459/1998] dipinda dalam Jadual—
(a)
berhubung dengan butiran 13, dengan menggantikan perkataan
“yang tidak mengandungi nikotin” dengan perkataan “sama ada mengandungi nikotin atau tidak”; dan
(b)
berhubung dengan butiran 14, dengan menggantikan perkataan
“yang tidak mengandungi nikotin” dengan perkataan “sama ada mengandungi nikotin atau tidak”.

FREE ZONES (EXCLUSION OF GOODS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438] the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Free Zones (Exclusion of Goods)
(Amendment) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Free Zones (Exclusion of Goods) Order 1998 [P.U. (A) 459/1998] is amended in the Schedule—
(a)
in relation to item 13, by substituting for the words
“not containing nicotine” the words “whether or not containing nicotine”;
and
(b)
in relation to item 14, by substituting for the words
“not containing nicotine” the words “whether or not containing nicotine”.
