Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 86 Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri mewakilkan kepada Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan kuasa Menteri di bawah seksyen Akta sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2014.

Penjalanan kuasa hendaklah tertakluk kepada apa-apa arahan bertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.

EXCISE ACT 1976

DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SECTION 86

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 86 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister delegates to the Minister of Federal Territories the powers of the Minister under the sections of the Act as specified in the Schedule with effect from 1 August 2014.

The exercise of powers shall be subject to any written directions which the

Minister may issue from time to time.
