Whoever commits criminal intimidation—
of Abduction and Criminal Intimidation of Witnesses Act 1947

(a)
with intent to impede the course of justice; or
(b)
so that the course of justice is thereby impeded, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine.
