Section 26

Any overdraft authorised under this Part shall be secured on such portion of land of such Participant as the

Administrators shall think fit by a charge under the provisions of the Land Ordinance, 1930 [No. 9 of 1930.], securing the amount of any loan, interest and expenses and the due compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Scheme.
