Section 10
No licensed borrowing company shall establish any Establish-idj — ment of subsidiary unless . wholly
(a)
it is its wholly-owned subsidiary; owned
(b)
it is incorporated in the Federation; and anne
(c)
the prior written consent of the Central Bank has been obtained.
