Bank to undertake management of loans
On and after the date of the coming into operation of this Act the Central Bank of Malaysia shall undertake the issue and management of the loans raised under the laws specified in the
Schedule; and the Minister of Finance may by order make such modifications and amendments in any such laws as appear to him necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to this section.
Power of Minister to fix fee
The Minister of Finance may fix such fee as he considers reasonable for the performance by the Central Bank of Malaysia of the powers and duties conferred or imposed under this Act, and any such fee shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund.

Saving
Nothing in this Act shall take away or interfere with any right of any lawful holder of any stock issued under any of the laws specified in the Schedule.
