An Act to validate the collection of fees in respect of any service rendered for the certification of foreign workers’ skills by the National Agriculture Training Council during the period from 25 January 2006 to 8 March 2007. [1 May 2009] ENACTED by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: Short title

Section 1

This Act may be cited as the Fees (National Agriculture

Training Council) (Validation) Act 2009.

Section 2

Validation and indemnity

(2)

No action or legal proceeding shall be brought, instituted or maintained against the Government of Malaysia or any officer of the Government of Malaysia or any person acting under them or any of them in respect of any fees which were charged and collected during the period referred to in subsection (1), and if such action or legal proceeding has been brought, instituted or maintained, it shall be discharged and made void and no refund in respect of the fees charged and collected as stated in this Act shall be made.
