9. Annual general meeting

(1)

An annual general meeting of the Body shall be held to consider the Building Maintenance Fund and to transact such other business as may arise.

(2)

The annual general meetings shall be held once in each year and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one annual general meeting and the next.
