  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2 (1) of the Administrative Divisions Ordinance, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri hereby makes the following proclamation: Citation and commencement

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Divisions Proclamation 2009.

The Proclamation comes into operation on the date of its publication in the

Gazette. (Come into force on 17.09.2009).

The State shall be divided into the divisions and distinguished by the titles set out in the first column of the Schedule to this Proclamation each comprising the districts set opposite such division in the second column of the Schedule and such districts shall consist of the areas delineated upon the plan signed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri and deposited in Lands and Surveys Department as 99197630 and thereon distinguished by the colouring set out in the third column of the Schedule.
