Section 17 of the Ordinance is amended—
by substituting for the words “Chief Judge with the concurrence of the State Attorney-General” the words
“Law Society in consultation with the Chief Judge and the State Attorney-General”; and
by deleting paragraphs (cc) and (ccc).
