This Act may be cited as the Advocates Ordinance
(Sabah) (Amendment) Act 2017.
Subject to subsection (3), this Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the
Gazette.
Section 23 of this Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed after the same has been adopted in the State of
Sabah by an Enactment of the Legislature of the State.
