The Executive Committee shall be entitled, without payment of any fee, to inspect the file of proceedings in bankruptcy relating to any advocate against whom proceedings in bankruptcy has been taken, and to be supplied with office or certified copies of the proceedings on payment of the usual charge for such copies.
