Section 8 of the Ordinance is amended—
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “Federal
Court” the words “or Court of Appeal when sitting in
Sabah or when sitting in any other part of Malaysia hearing a cause or matter originating from the High
Court or any subordinate court”; and
in subsection (2), by inserting after the words “Federal
Court” wherever appearing the words “or Court of
Appeal”.
