s 31Savings and transitional provisions

(1)

Any application, complaint or disciplinary proceedings which are pending immediately before the date of coming into operation of this Act, shall be continued as if the Ordinance had not been amended by this Act.

(2)

Any reference to any specific provision of the deleted sections, shall be construed as a reference to a provision of the

Ordinance as amended by this Act which corresponds as nearly as may be to such specific provision.

(3)

Any right, privilege, obligation or liability, accrued or incurred before the effective date or any legal proceedings, remedy or investigation in respect of such right, privilege, obligation or liability shall not be affected by this Act and shall continue to remain in force as if this Act had not been enacted.
