(2)

The register shall be kept in any manner and shall contain any particulars as determined by the Director.

(3)

Any person may on payment of any prescribed fee —

(a)

inspect the register; and

(b)

make a copy of, or take extracts from, the register.

(4)

If a person requests that a copy be provided in an electronic form, the

Director may provide the relevant information —

(a)

on a data processing device; or

(b)

by way of electronic transmission.
