Section 10
(1)
The Director shall keep and maintain a register in both electronic and non-electronic form of all matters which are required to be registered under this
Enactment.
(2)
The register shall be kept in any manner and shall contain any particulars as determined by the Director.
(3)
Any person may on payment of any prescribed fee —
(a)
inspect the register; and
(b)
make a copy of, or take extracts from, the register.
(4)
If a person requests that a copy be provided in an electronic form, the
Director may provide the relevant information —
(a)
on a data processing device; or
(b)
by way of electronic transmission.
