Power to delegate
of Agriculture Fertilizer Enactment 2025
The Director may, in writing, delegate any of his functions or powers subject

to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as he thinks fit, to any authorized officer, and the person to whom those functions or powers are delegated shall perform those functions or powers in the same manner and with the same effect as if those functions or powers had been conferred on him under this Enactment.
(2)
A person purporting to act pursuant to a delegation made under this section shall, in the absence of proof to the contrary, be presumed to be acting in accordance with the terms of the delegation.
(3)
A delegation made under this section may at any time be revoked by the
Director.
(4)
A delegation made under this section shall not preclude the Director himself from carrying out at any time the delegated functions or powers.
