Section 9
(1)
The Board shall be the executive body of the Akademi and may exercise all the powers conferred on the Akademi, save as otherwise provided by this Act or by any subsidiary legislation made hereunder.
(2)
The functions of the Board shall include the carrying on of all such activities and the doing of all such things as are necessary or advantageous and proper for the government, control and administration of the Akademi.
