In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

“advance deposit” means such deposits as are received under subsection 14 (1);
“Bank” means the Central Bank of Malaysia;
“Governor” means the Governor of the Bank;
“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with responsibility for finance.
