Section 22

No action, suit, prosecution or any other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the

Agency, any committee, any officer of the Agency or member of committee, or personnel of other Government Entities in respect of any act, neglect or default done or omitted by it or him in good faith, in such capacity.
