s 81Malaysian Qualifications Register

(1)

The Agency shall establish and maintain a national register known as the “Malaysian Qualifications Register” in such form and manner as may be prescribed containing programmes, qualifications and higher education providers accredited under this Act.

(2)

The Register shall be the national reference for standards and articulation point for all accredited programmes, qualifications and institutions.

(3)

The Agency shall make the Register available for public inspection subject to such conditions as it thinks fit.

(4)

Any person may on payment of a prescribed fees—

(a)

inspect the Register; and

(b)

make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register.
